Terms for the GreyWallet website and product information published by Grey Holdings.

01

Who we are

GreyWallet is a self-custody wallet product of Grey Holdings. This website describes the product and provides documentation. Contact: support@greywallet.app. Company site: grey.holdings.

02

The product

GreyWallet is available on iOS and Android in this release. Desktop and hardware-wallet pairing are not included. Keys and recovery phrases stay on the user’s device. Grey Holdings does not custody user funds and cannot recover a lost phrase, reverse an on-chain transaction, or reconstruct a Private Vaults pattern.

03

This website

Content on greywallet.app is for information about GreyWallet. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice. Network lists, feature descriptions, and documentation reflect the product as published; they may change when the app changes.

04

Your responsibility

You are responsible for securing your recovery phrase, private keys, and Private Vaults pattern; for verifying addresses, networks, and assets before you transact; and for complying with laws that apply to you. On-chain transactions are final once confirmed by the network.

05

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the product to commit fraud, launder funds, or violate applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt the website or impersonate GreyWallet or Grey Holdings.

06

Disclaimer

The website and product information are provided as available. Grey Holdings does not warrant uninterrupted access to this site, third-party RPC endpoints, app stores, or blockchain networks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Holdings is not liable for losses arising from self-custody mistakes, network fees, failed or wrong transactions, RPC failure, or third-party services.

07
