How GreyWallet and this website treat privacy. Keys stay on your device. Never send secrets to support.

GreyWallet is a self-custody wallet. Recovery phrases and private keys are generated and stored on your device. Grey Holdings does not receive your phrase, keys, or Private Vaults pattern through normal use of the app, and cannot reconstruct them if you lose them.

When you browse greywallet.app, standard web logs may include IP address, user agent, and pages requested — as with most sites. We do not use this site to collect recovery phrases or private keys. Never enter those into a web form, email, or chat.

If you write to support@greywallet.app, we receive the content of your message and your email address so we can reply. Do not include phrases, keys, patterns, or screenshots of secrets. Messages that contain them should be treated as compromised; delete them and do not reuse those secrets.

App Store and Google Play have their own privacy practices. GreyWallet’s availability on those stores is subject to their policies. This page describes Grey Holdings’ product stance for GreyWallet and this website — not Apple’s or Google’s policies.

Transactions you broadcast are public on the relevant blockchain. GreyWallet does not make on-chain activity private after it is confirmed. Private Vaults hide wallets in the everyday app UI until a pattern is entered; that is device-level privacy, not undetectability on the network or the device.

If you configure a custom RPC, that endpoint’s operator may see addresses and requests you send through it. Choose endpoints you trust. Grey Holdings does not operate a mandatory public RPC catalog on this site.

GreyWallet and this website are not directed at children. Do not use the product if you are not legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.
