Use
Send
One network per transaction. Verify asset, amount, address, and fee. On-chain sends cannot be reversed.
Sending moves value on a single network. GreyWallet signs on the device. Once the transaction is included on-chain, neither GreyWallet nor Grey Holdings can recall it.
Before you sign
01
Network
Choose the chain the recipient expects. The same token name on another network is a different asset.
02
Asset and amount
Confirm the token and the amount. Address-book labels are convenience. They do not prove the underlying address is the one you intend.
03
Address
Paste or pick from the address book. Check the start and end of the string. GreyWallet cannot catch every mistype.
04
Fee
Fees are paid in that network’s fee asset. If the balance for fees is insufficient, the send will not broadcast. See Fees.
If a send is wrong, it is on-chain. Support can answer product questions. It cannot move funds.
