Use
Receive
Share the address for the selected network and account. A deposit on the wrong chain cannot be redirected.
Receive is an address on a network, for the account you have selected. GreyWallet shows that address. The sender must use the same network. GreyWallet cannot redirect a deposit sent to a different chain or a different derivation.
How to receive
01
Select the network
Open receive on the chain you want credited. Bitcoin, Solana, Aptos, Sui, XRP, Tron, and EVM addresses are not interchangeable.
02
Confirm the account
The address belongs to the current HD wallet, path, and account index. If you imported at the wrong index, you will publish an address that is not the one that holds your prior funds.
03
Share the address
Copy or show the QR. Confirm the network with the sender. GreyWallet’s confirmed chains do not use exchange memos or destination tags for native receives unless the app explicitly shows one.
04
Wait for confirmation
Activity updates when the network confirms. RPC quality and chain congestion affect timing. Support cannot accelerate a block.
If nothing arrives
Verify network and address with the sender. Then verify you are on the correct HD wallet, derivation path, and account index. A correct phrase on the wrong path produces a valid empty receive address. See Troubleshooting.
