Networks

dApps and machines

Execution environments per family, and DeFi / NFT surfaces in the app — without invented protocol or WalletConnect claims.

Machine, here, means execution environment — not a GreyWallet product name. Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin are UTXO. Ethereum, supported L2s, and Cronos are EVM. Solana has its own runtime. Aptos, Sui, and Movement run Move. XRP Ledger and Tron are their own. GreyWallet presents those families in one app. It does not merge them into one virtual machine.

On networks that include DeFi and NFTs, GreyWallet surfaces positions and collections. Those networks are Ethereum, Optimism, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Linea, and Solana. Protocol names are not listed in this documentation. If it is not in the app, do not assume an integration.

Before you interact

  • Confirm the network. Same ticker, different chain, different asset.
  • Read the request. A contract call is not a simple send. Approvals can allow a contract to move tokens later.
  • RPC still matters. dApp state is read through the network’s endpoint. A bad RPC can lie about allowances and balances.

This page does not claim WalletConnect, a desktop extension, or an in-app dApp browser. Use the surfaces the iOS and Android app actually presents. Signed transactions are not reversible.
